Cosplay Garage Sale 2024
Cosplayer’s are more than welcome to come in cosplay!! Edmonton’s Cosplay Garage Sale will be held at the Bonnie Doon Community League Hall. Vendor/Seller set up will be from 8am to 945am. Public Hours will be 10am to 5pm. There will be food trucks on site, which ones will be released closer to the date.
The type of seller/vendors I’m looking for are cosplayers that are looking to sell gently used or new cosplays or cosplay pieces. All items being sold need to be cosplay related, as in clothing, wigs (if used this must be stated), armor, props (props must be checked prior to open), unused makeup/ face paint, footwear.
2 different spots available: 6′ wide x 6′ deep – $35 (including GST) OR 10’x10′ – $60 (including GST) – 2’x6′ table available per spot for use at no extra cost, chairs also available at no extra cost, no table clothes provided
It is partially first come, but also curated. NO MLM’s. Priority will be given to pre-owned sellers but if you sell new cosplay items please apply.
K-Pop & Kawaii Market
August 3, 2024 – Bonnie Doon Community League – 9240 93 Street, Edmonton – Applications closing July 25th.
This market is geared towards the K-Pop and Kawaii community! Your items must fall into this category to be considered. Spaces are 6′ x 6′ and can either come with a table and chairs or without, your choosing. No extra charge for tables. Lots of on site parking and green spaces outside for photos.
Pricing includes GST, marketing, and venue space rental. There will be no door charge for this event!
Spooky Geeky Market 2024
Spooky and Geeky items will be available for purchase just in time to support local and small business before Halloween and other spooky season events. This market is inclusive and encourages costumes and cosplay! So far I have 2 food trucks lined up (The Local Lemon and Flipside BBQ) as well.
This is partially first come, but also curated to ensure variety. NO MLM’s except those with pop culture licensing, but MLM’s are last to be considered. Setup will be the Friday for Vendors only.
Unfortunately Calgary Spooky is cancelled for this year.
EDM Holiday Geeky Gift Market
Edmonton Geeky Gift Market is moving to Edmonton Expo Centre Hall F, this means we have got more in store for you! Vendors, pricing has increased some, but I have done all I can to keep the pricing fair. Pricing includes GST, and there will more put into marketing to get the numbers of those attending even higher. So far I have confirmed the Alberta Ghostbusters, The Rebel Legion, The 501’s, and the Mandalorian Merc’s, with more to come for the community corner.
Some of the optional items directly paid back to the companies involved with setup are: tables, chairs, parking, and power. Wifi will not be part of the package for this year, but I hope to offer it in the future. The concession area has been scheduled to be open for the duration of the market hours.

Calgary Holiday Geeky Gift Market
** Applications have been delayed due to reasons out of my control, as soon as I have a layout I will release the applications. Keep an eye on social media for updates.
Calgary I’m bringing this market back bigger and better than the last. Many more vendors, artists, K-pop, a community corner and more! NO MLM’s without pop culture licensing (one per MLM and is last to be considered), and no alcohol vendors.
This will be held at the BMO Convention Centre in Hall C, and will have a setup of Friday afternoon with the scheduling program for load in. There will be a vendor parking pass option, tables, chairs, and power as well.
At this venue I have also confirmed the Alberta Ghostbusters, The Rebel Legion, The 501’s, and the Mandalorian Merc’s, with more to come!

Edmonton Holiday Gift Market 2024
This market is for anyone and everyone, but does not have the geeky label. When it comes to the type of vendors, anyone is able to apply, but priority is given to those not already in the Edmonton Geeky Market. There will be both holiday décor as well as all kinds of other vendors. Alcohol vendors may apply for this market.
This market will be run similar to past markets and well marketed. There will be an entry by donation to the food bank.
