Fabric Swap Rules

1. Bring your pre-owned and loved fabrics to Reimagined Fabrics between June 18 and July 2, located at 9629 66 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB.
2. There is no charge to participate in the fabric swap.
3. Fabric dropped off becomes part of the community swap and will not be returned to the donor unless a specific arrangement is made at the time of drop-off for a clearly identifiable item.
4. If you have only one to four smaller pieces of fabric, please bring them directly to the swap on July 4 to trade with other participants. Larger quantities of fabric must be dropped off at Reimagined Fabrics between June 18 and July 2.
5. Please ensure all fabric is clean, dry, free of strong odors, pet waste, mold, mildew, and excessive damage.
6. Fabric should be reasonably usable. Extremely small scraps, heavily stained materials, or unusable pieces may be declined.
7. Participants are asked to be respectful and take only what they can reasonably use so that everyone has an opportunity to find materials.
8. Reimagined Fabrics reserves the right to organize, sort, or remove any materials that are unsuitable for the swap.
9. Any unclaimed fabric remaining after the swap will become the property of Reimagined Fabrics and will be used, sold, donated, or otherwise redistributed to ensure it finds a new home.
10. By participating in the fabric swap, participants acknowledge that organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
11. All types of fabric accepted – including upholstery, vinyl, leather, and foam. 
12. No unfinished projects or notions (buttons, zippers, thread, trim, patterns, etc) will be accepted for the swap.
13. Limit of 10 items per person (subject to the discretion of Reimagined Fabrics).
